LakeClaire is also just a short way down DeKalb Avenue from the subway system going from East to West down to the connector to North and South at 5 Points. There is no where in the neighborhood where you are allowed to drive over 35 miles per hour. In fact most of the simple tree lined streets are 25 miles per hour.By the way, if you have a stop sign close to your home, the city would like to ask you to clean it once in a while as they do tend to get a bit dusty.
